3-D Ultrasound

I went and saw the doctor today and had my 3-D ultrasound. We got some pretty good face shots. His lips and nose kind of remind me of Kyson, but it is still pretty hard to tell. He looks pretty handsome though! Only 12 more weeks to go, which I know is going to fly by. We can't wait for him to get here!

It's a BOY!!!!!

Well we found out the other day that baby #2 is also a boy! We are very excited to have two little boys. I think Kyson will be a great older brother and I'm sure they will get into plenty of trouble together. We aren't for sure on a name yet, but we have a couple ideas we are tossing around. We keep asking Kyson what we should name it and he just says "baby," so that hasn't been much help. The ultrasound picture wasn't great, but it was pretty obvious it was a boy.

Baby Rogers #2!

We are excited to announce that we are expecting baby #2! This picture is from my three month check-up. It is amazing how much the baby has grown since my last appointment. I am due on August 16. Things have been going really well so far, and we can't wait to meet our new bundle of joy. We should find out what we are having by my next appointment, so stay tuned for that. I promise to update the blog when we find out, I have really been slacking on blogging.



Kyson has been doing really well and growing up so fast. He isn't quite sure what to think about the new baby yet, but I guess time will tell. He had his first set of stitches at the first of January. He got 12 stitches on his forehead. He is a typical boy with lots of cuts and bruises to show for it. I can't believe he is two already, time has really flew by. He loves to hang out with his dad and ride 4-wheelers or re-load bullets. I think that the Rogers' blood runs pretty thick! He is a pretty rough and tough little boy, but needs his mommy when he gets tired or hurt. We are so proud of him and can't wait to watch him grow and be a big brother!

A Classic Game of Peek-A-Boo

Kyson loves to play peek-a-boo in our curtains. It is too cute, so I had to snap a few pictures of him playing the other day.

Merry Christmas!

Well I slacked off again and didn't post on his birthday, but here are a few cute pictures from Christmas. The one of him getting attacked by the snowman was when we were putting up decorations, but I thought it was pretty cute.

Happy Halloween

Kyson was a monkey for Halloween. He loved his costume and had fun, but was exhausted by the time the night was over. Brent carved him a little pumpkin, which turned out pretty cute. Kyson thought it was a ball, so he just kept chucking it all over the house. We didn't do a lot on Halloween, just went to the trunk or treat and handed out candy and then went to the town carnival, but didn't stay long. We are getting super excited for Kyson's birthday and can't wait to see everyone. I will post some birthday pictures and try not to be such a slacker on blogging.
